This policy explains how ai6labs, the innovation studio of Wearable Devices Ltd., handles personal information when you visit www.ai6labs.com and when you contact us through this site or by email.

1. What we collect

Contact form and email

When you use "Start a conversation", you can enter your name, work email, company or lab (optional) and a message. Submitting opens an email to hello@ai6labs.com in your email app. We use these details to reply to your inquiry and follow up on it. We also keep any emails you send us directly, for the same purpose.

Website hosting

The site is hosted on Vercel. When you visit, the hosting provider receives technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. It uses this data to deliver and secure the site.

Light or dark mode

If you choose light or dark mode, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage so the page remembers it. It is not sent to us. You can clear it in your browser settings.

Fonts

The site's fonts (Geist and Geist Mono) are served from our own domain. Loading the site does not send a request to Google.

2. Cookies, analytics and advertising

As of this version, the site does not set cookies, use analytics or advertising tools, or embed third-party tracking. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent where the law requires it.

3. How we use information

We use what you send us to answer your inquiry, arrange a conversation and keep a record of that conversation. We use technical data to operate and secure the site. We do not use either for advertising.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with: our hosting provider (Vercel) and the email services we use to receive messages; Wearable Devices Ltd., the company ai6labs belongs to; and authorities where the law requires it or to protect people from harm.

5. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to reply and follow up, and delete them when that purpose ends, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Hosting logs are kept by our hosting provider under its own retention settings.

6. Your choices and rights

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@ai6labs.com with your request. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.

7. Pilot and research data

This website does not collect sensor, biometric or other research data. Any such data collected in a pilot or research program is governed by a separate written agreement with the participating organization, which takes precedence over this policy for that data.

8. Children

This site is intended for businesses, researchers and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to hello@ai6labs.com and we will delete it.

9. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be announced on this page.
